What's Happening?By Ida Peters At Met - "Adios, Sabata," starring Yul Brynner, has everything you want from a western-action, suspense and even comedy. The setting of the picture is the dusty Mexican-American border in the final quarter of 19th century, around a wagon-load of gold dust, and two outlaw bands, led by ruthless men, who do their utmost to get possession of it - robbing, cheating and killing are the least of their crimes. "Adios, Sabata" which will open Wednesday at the Met Theatre, is released in widescreen and color by United Artists, an entertainment service of Transamerica Corporation. Starring with Brynner is Dean Reed, a former Colorado cowboy and recording artist. |
